Learning to live together
Respect for others, sharing, and cooperation are cornerstones of our educational approach. Through games, group activities, and discussions, children discover how to live together, learn to manage their emotions, and interact positively with their peers.
Respecting difference and supporting everyone
Every child is unique, with their own strengths, desires, and pace of development. We adapt our spaces and activities so that everyone can progress according to their abilities and interests, encouraging sensory and motor learning. Our goal is for each child to feel valued and understood as an individual.
Freedom and exploration
Our spaces are designed so that children can move around freely and choose their activities. Various play areas and workshops are set up to stimulate creativity and motor development. Childcare workers offer guided activities, but children remain free to explore at their own pace.
Kindness and positive support
We place kindness at the heart of our teaching methods. Adults guide without imposing, observing and responding to children’s needs with patience and attentiveness. This approach encourages autonomy, self-confidence, and a love of learning, while ensuring a safe environment where children feel free to explore.
Adaptation and individualized teaching
We observe each child’s needs and desires and adapt our interventions accordingly. This approach allows everyone to feel heard, respected, and encouraged, supporting their personal development and well-being.
Environmental awareness and values
We incorporate workshops inspired by zero waste and respect for the environment, so that children discover from a young age the importance of taking care of their living environment. Each activity aims to combine learning, fun, and sustainable values.
